Working Principle & Operation Cycle

When water containing small suspended matter enters into the drum, the suspended matter is retained by the stainless steel screen mesh, while filtered clean water flows into the artesian pool.

As suspended solids accumulate on the screen, water permeability decreases, causing the internal water level to rise. When it reaches the preset high water level, automatic level control components trigger operation.

The backwash pump and roller reducer start automatically. High-pressure water cleans the rotating drum screen, washing accumulated suspended matter into the dirt collection tank to be discharged through the sewage pipe.

Once the screen is thoroughly cleaned, water permeability rises and the water level falls back to the preset low level. The backwash pump and reducer stop automatically, initiating a new filtration cycle.
